Put Scanline on your iPad

Six taps and it behaves like any other app on the home screen, including when you are offline.

    Open this page in Safari on your iPad (it has to be Safari, not Chrome).

    Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up, in the top toolbar.

    Scroll down the share list and tap “Add to Home Screen”.

    Give it the name Scanline and tap “Add” in the top right.

  5. 5

    Close Safari and open Scanline from your home screen — it now runs full screen.

  6. 6

    The first time you scan, tap “Allow” when the iPad asks to use the camera.

Printing from the iPad

Open a scan and tap Print. The document opens as a PDF, then use the Share button and choose Print to send it to an AirPrint printer.
